About the artwork
The French New Wave film Breathless follows a thief on the run in Paris. His journey includes stealing cars and trying to convince a beautiful American journalism student to run away with him to Italy. In addition to the two main characters, his hat and newspapers played big roles as characters. he old joke that a newspaper is black and white and read all over helped solidify my choice for the color palette.
