Still Resolution (Torne River) XIV
$ 795
About the artwork
Northern Sweden, end of April. Water and ice from the Torne river acts as a developing fluid together with charcoal, which is allowed to flow through the paper in a plastic tube. The ice glides at different speeds along the river, forming both solitary objects and large areas. The work forms still images of an event that is both powerful and meditative.
