Manolo Campion

United States

Born in Chicago, Manolo was raised on the move between the U.S. and Latin America. Growing up in an artistic household, his creative endeavors were encouraged from a young age. Manolo studied photography at The Pasadena Art Center College of Design. Since graduating he has established himself as an in-demand fashion photographer shooting for international publications and brands such as Vogue, Harper’s Bazzar, L’Officiel, Calvin Klein, L’Oreal, Michael Kors, Stuart Weitzman, and AVEDA to name a few. Manolo is revered in the industry for creating images with a subtle but strong elegance, and an ability to capture a quiet romantic sensibility through image-based story-telling. Building on his innate ability to capture the female form with thoughtful elegance, Manolo began using his photographs to inspire abstract illustrations as a way to re-imagine the fluidity of the feminine physique. The result is a series of sophisticated and thoughtful prints that can co-exist as a set, or can be hung individually.
