“Wu-Tang Forever”

Hailing from the New York borough that Wu-Tang would call Shaolin, Staten Island–based artist Michael Lukowski has worked for a decade as an illustrator and graphic designer. Currently art director for New York based media and content company Mass Appeal, Lukowski has created visuals for recording artists Nas, Run The Jewels, and Wiz Khalifa, as well as creating designs for brands like Reebok, HBO, and Converse.

You may have seen his work in your own home, as he’s also created artwork for the Netflix documentary series “Rapture” as well as for Showtime documentaries “Burn MotherF*cker, Burn!,” “Word Is Bond” and “Wu-Tang Clan: Of Mics and Men.” Lukowski is proud to have been commissioned by the Staten Island Borough President’s office to create the new official seal of Staten Island.
